About language — how we make it work
Our technician works and communicates in Spanish. That said, coordinating in English is not a problem: we handle the whole booking over WhatsApp, and I translate messages in real time with AI as we go. You send photos of your headlights, we confirm the right plan, price and time slot in writing, and everything is agreed before the visit.
If you've been in Santiago for a while, you're probably already doing this with other local providers — it works the same way here, and you'll have every detail confirmed in English text before anyone shows up.

Warranty
Every plan includes a written warranty: 12 months (Polymer), 2 years (Graphene), 3+ years (Definitive 2K). If you follow the simple care guidelines we give you and the headlights haze over within that period, we re-correct them at no charge.
We're an aesthetic-restoration service, not headlight repair: if a lens is cracked or has internal water condensation, we'll tell you honestly before charging — restoration won't fix a structural problem. We do offer internal fogging / condensation removal as a separate service.

Do you speak English?
The service is delivered in Spanish, but the entire booking is done over WhatsApp with real-time AI translation. You'll have the plan, price and appointment confirmed in English text before the visit.
Is it worth restoring instead of replacing?
Restoration costs 70–80% less than a pair of original headlights and lasts 1–3 years depending on the protection level. For the vast majority of cars it's the smart call.
How long does it take?
45–90 minutes at your home for the Polymer and Graphene plans. The Definitive 2K restoration is a workshop process with a 5-day cure.
Which areas get a free visit?
Providencia, Vitacura, Las Condes, Ñuñoa and most central districts. Other RM communes have a distance-based fee.
Will it pass the Revisión Técnica?
Restored headlights with proper light output and clarity pass the visual/photometric check. If your lenses are cracked or fogged internally, that's a separate issue we'll flag beforehand.
